WOD

Reminder we WILL have 6 am class and 12 pm class as usual. The evening classes will be ran on an OPEN GYM schedule. We will be watching the announcement of the Open at 5 pm. The WOD will be on the board but there will be no formal class. You have until 7:30 pm to get in whatever you want!
FRIDAY we do the workout announced tonight!!!!

dynamic movements
WOD:
AMRAP 15
Partner 1: 60 m Kb farmer carry 2/1.5 pd
Partner 2: max rep strict hspu or sit up until partner 1 returns then switch. * alternate between hspu and sit ups each rd.
