50 jumping jacks
Then 3 rounds
30 sec tuck hold + 10 tuck rocks
30 second arch hold+ 10 arch rocks
30 second plank +5 push ups
10 air squats +5 tuck jumps

SKILL:
Sumo deadlift high pull progression

WOD :
AMRAP 10
12 sumo deadlift high pull 65/95
12 burpees
