SATURDAY- please come a little early to get warmed up this is a long wod so will go past 11am!
WARM up
WOD
“1775”

Complete as many rounds as possible in 60 minutes of:
17 power cleans, 135 lb.
75 squats
Unload the barbell and carry it 200 meters away.
Return to the plates and then carry one forward to the barbell.
Retrieve the second plate, carry it forward and reload the barbell for the next round.

STRENGTH
Every 2 min for 20 min
2 Reps Clean and Jerk, build load according to how you are feeling

Front Squat @65% – 6×4

Midline/finisher
1/2 Mile Sled Drag w/10lb Ankle Weights
