WOD

5 rounds for time of:
400-meter run
95-lb. overhead squats, 15 reps
STRENGTH
Conventional Deadlift Against 20% Chains – 1RM
Anderson Front Squat – 6RM
Dimel Deadlifts, Clean Grip (lower bar to hang position, not below knee) – 3×20
*Use 50% of 1RM Clean
Band Assisted Inverse Curl – 3×10
Strict Reverse Hypers – 3×30

Midline /finisher
GHD Sit Ups Against Max Band – 4×15
Sled Drag + Bamboo Bar Overhead Walk w/Max Hanging KBs:
6×40 Meters
