First 3 minutes – 2 Rounds:

10 alt DB Snatch 50/35

5 Burpee Box Jumps

Next 3 minutes – 2 Rounds:

12 DB Snatch

6 Burpee Box Jumps

Next 3 minutes – 2 Rounds:

14 DB Snatch

7 Burpee Box Jumps

**Continue in this manner, adding 2 reps to each set of DB Snatch, and 1 rep to each set of Burpee Box Jumps until failure to complete within the designated 3-min period.

***every 3:00 is considered a round for score
